Paid preorders for the Form Collection are not open. The cancellation deadline, return window, eligibility requirements, return shipping arrangements and refund process will be published before payment opens.

If a stated production requirement is not met or we cannot ship within the advertised window, we will contact you with the available options, including a refund. Nothing in our terms limits your applicable consumer rights.
