How VAREL preorders work
The Form Collection is planned as a preorder release, with production following the preorder period. The six pieces are currently in development. Paid preorders are not open.
1. Preview the collection
Explore the designs and join the release list. Joining the list is free and does not place an order. The images shown are design renderings; final materials, dimensions, finishes and device fit will be confirmed before paid orders open.
2. Review the release details
Before taking payment, each available release will show its confirmed specifications, price, production conditions, any order closing date or minimum batch requirement, and expected dispatch window. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be shown before checkout.
3. Preorder your piece
For the planned first release, full payment will be collected at checkout. Your order will identify the preorder batch and expected dispatch window. Preordered pieces will be produced after the stated preorder period; they are not ready for immediate shipment.
4. Follow production and delivery
We will share production updates and send tracking when your order is dispatched. If a stated batch requirement is not met or we cannot ship within the advertised window, we will contact you with the available options, including a refund. Any revised dispatch date will be communicated for your agreement where required.
Changes, cancellations and returns
The release-specific cancellation and return terms will be published before paid orders open. Nothing in those terms will limit your applicable consumer rights. For questions about a future release or an existing order, email contact@travelvarel.com with your order number, if you have one.
